Yamashita Honki Udon's noodles are characterized by their chewy and chewy texture. Through trial and error, we use a blend of several types of wheat. In the case of thick noodles, it takes 15 to 18 minutes to boil them, but by making the noodles thinner, we can keep the boiling time down to 9 minutes and serve freshly prepared noodles at any time.
