One day in July, I got a call saying, "Let's have a luncheon in August..." Of course, I agreed with two replies. And I was looking forward to meeting my friends for the first time in half a year. In the afternoon of the day, I took a vacation. In the morning, I was going to walk from work to restaurant on Yasukuni Street. However, I hurt my leg and it was painful to walk, so I used the strong stinging sunlight as an excuse for myself and took a train to Shinjuku, one station. From the East Exit, you should be able to reach your destination in about 5 minutes. While checking the building where the restaurant is located, a friend contacted me. "A little bit late" and... Apparently, I had plenty of time, so I got off one stop before Shinjuku. From there, I plan to take a taxi for one stop, but it seems that I can't catch a taxi unexpectedly in this extreme heat. Soon after, I was contacted and informed that I was able to get a taxi. I can't stand the heat, so in the meantime, I'll take a cool restaurant and wait for my friends. Then, less than 10 minutes later, my friend opened the door. When I made a reservation, my friend prepared a private room for me. It's fun to enjoy a meal while watching other customers and enjoying the atmosphere of the restaurant. Still, a private room is suitable for enjoying a conversation with just the two of you, as in this case. First of all, the manager entered the private room and personally thanked the customer for coming to the store and explained the contents of the course. The conversation was lively, and I was attracted by the friendly and friendly customer service. My throat is very hot, so let's moisten it with a drink first. My friend had a glass of white wine, and I had a glass of beer. In the end, the glass of beer was changed twice after that. My friend had chosen a lunch course. ● Meat Kappo A5 Japanese Black Beef Sirloin Lunch Course (6980 yen) The contents are... ・First drink ・Raw vegetable salad ・Appetizer Japanese black beef shabu shabu Seasonal soup stock ・Grilled Japanese black beef sirloin (80g) Seasonal grilled vegetables ・Meal White rice Wagyu beef stewed in rain ・Rice bowl red soup stock, incense ・Sweetness Ice cream, roasted green tea First of all, it was served from a fresh, leafy salad. From the next appetizer, grilled food will be a fun dish of Japanese black beef, which will be the star of this time. The "appetizer" was shabu shabu soaked in room temperature broth bean paste. The thin beef dressed in a refreshing broth is easy to eat and refreshing. The main "pottery" allowed me to check the rare condition before baking. It's strange because Yakiniku (Grilled meat) looks the best before it's baked. I was looking forward to seeing how the meat was cooked and served, which was cut to a thickness with just the right amount of sashi. The explanation of the meat was given by the manager himself. The frank and easy-to-understand explanations show confidence in the food and the squeak of gratitude to the customers. The baking method is medium-rare, I asked. The meat is cut into large pieces and is hearty and filling. Moreover, the meat was moderately oily and fatty, and there was no crapidness. It was rather refreshing. No matter how much I say it, I never get tired of it. The meal consisted of rice, wagyu beef stewed in rain, red broth, and incense. For dessert, it was Ice cream and hot roasted tea. It was a very satisfying course. As for the food, the manager's natural customer service made it a good seasoning for the course meal. After leaving the store, I enjoyed an after-dinner meal at a coffee shop. It's already hot, but the heat wave won't subside at all. This year's fall is going to be short.
