[Tumiyaki Yakiton Sakaba TONTON Shinjuku Branch] I found a cool 24-hour Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Shinjuku and would like to introduce it to you. The name is TONTON. This store is located in the middle of Kabukicho and has a very conspicuous exterior, so you won't have to worry about finding your way there. First of all, live! Instead, we toasted with Hibiki. For the appetizer, the salted kelp cabbage came. The crunchy cabbage and just the right amount of saltiness were a perfect match. Jangja has an irresistible crunchy texture and just the right amount of spiciness, making it a perfect accompaniment to alcohol. The addictive cucumber has a crunchy texture and the flavor of sesame oil is very effective. The sesame seeds were a nice accent and the flavor was addictive. The seasoned quail eggs had a plump texture, just the right amount of crunch, and a sweet flavor. This also goes well with alcohol. The fries are crispy, fluffy and classic, without a doubt. The fried tofu was refreshing and had a gentle taste, making it easy to eat and giving me a break. The plum crystal is crunchy and has just the right amount of sourness to whet your appetite. TONTON Gyoza is a green Gyoza / Dumpling with something like Zhacai inside, making it a bit different from regular Gyoza / Dumpling. When I bit into it, the meat juices overflowed, making it juicy and delicious, making it a Gyoza / Dumpling of the restaurant.
