新宿駅から徒歩1分の場所にオープンした個室居酒屋「串ばってん」にお邪魔してきました。個室といってもテーブルは広め、扉のない半個室席なので窮屈な感じはしないです（紙・電子共に喫煙可能）オープンしたばかりとあって綺麗なのが嬉しい。
先ずはザ・プレミアム・モルツ（638円）で乾杯です。お通しは山盛りのきんぴらごぼう（748円）、野菜串はアスパラ（308円）と万能ねぎ（242円）をお願いしましたが注文は2本から。串焼きにはやっぱり生絞りレモンサワー（715円）が合いますね。
メインディッシュはA5黒毛和牛しゃぶしゃぶ（2838円）を！こちらも2人前からでしたがお野菜たっぷりで最高でした。しゃぶしゃぶには日本酒を合せます。久保田紅寿（1045円）に浦霞（792円）と品揃えもまずまず。
やまやの明太子（528円）や伊勢海老のお造り（3168円）などの海鮮系もありました。ラストは響ハイボール（1628円）山崎十二年ハイボール（2728円）とウイスキー縛りで。デザート替わりの冷やしトマト（528円）が良く冷えていて美味しかったです。
