平日の夜にディナー訪問。
歌舞伎町タワー1階のステーキレストラン。
大賑わいの歌舞伎町から店内に1歩入ると
和と洋が調和したラグジュアリーな空間で落ち着きます★
今回は話題の和牛バーガーから看板で一目惚れした
神戸ビーフバーガー(3,680円)をチョイス。
パティにハラル認証を得た神戸ビーフ100%使用、
海外からのお客さんにも人気なのだとか。
スパークリングと前菜で雰囲気を味わってたら
大きなお皿にのったバーガーが登場！
カリふわ感が見ただけて伝わってくるバンズに
今にも肉汁が溢れ出てきそうな分厚いパティ(〃ω〃)
中はほんのりレアな赤みが残る絶妙な焼き加減で
カットしてもらうと断面映えも素晴らしい★
ビーフ100%バーガーらしい肉肉しさは感じつつ
軽く噛むとほろっとほどける柔らかさもあって
なにより肉の旨味が濃い！旨すぎです！！
クリーミーで後味がピリッとするワサビソースで味変しつつ
神戸牛をゆっくり噛み締めながら幸せ気分で完食。
