こちらはタイでは一般的な食べ物「ムーガタ」
ジンギスカンの様な鍋で、
焼肉とタイスキを一緒に楽しめます。
◾︎ムーガタ食べ放題99分 2,748円
お作法とか全くない。フリーダム！
味付けされたお肉は、焼きがおすすめとのこと。
それ以外は、焼くか煮るかお好みで。
しゃぶしゃぶ部分は薄めの豚スープ。
煮たり焼いたりしてスープに旨味をチャージ。
◾︎バイキングコーナーについて
バイキングコーナーには、お肉、海鮮、練物、お野菜
そして、デザートまでと種類豊富。
海老は大きく、しゃぶしゃぶで煮ると
スープにぐっとコクが出て美味しくなる。
海老を剥いたら、海老の頭をスープに
入れておくのが個人的におすすめ！

ナムチムタレー(みどりのタレ)
しっかりとした辛味とにんにくが効いたタレ。
海鮮によく用いられるが
