【4回目にして初めて！】
何気に4回目の訪問です！
鳥刺しから、鶏の旨みをしっかり感じる事ができます。
火入れもレアな串と、ある程度しっかり入れてる串とちゃんと分けてあり、丁度良い火入れでいただけます。
薬味に黒七味が置いてあるのですが、それがまた焼き鳥に良く合います！
そして、4回目の訪問にして卵かけご飯のトッピングをイクラから雲丹にしてみました！
イクラも美味しかったですが、雲丹もたっぷり載せて下さり間違いなく美味しい！
こればかりは、毎回何方にしようか悩みますね！笑
【会員制の焼鳥屋さん】
中目黒で人気の熊の焼鳥が新宿に出来ていたので、訪問。
会員制なので、入り口で暗証番号のパスワードを入れてから入店！
シンプルな焼鳥串とアレンジを加えた焼鳥串が楽しめ、鳥刺しも楽しめます。（生が苦手な方は火を入れてくれます）
締めの土鍋ご飯が春の食材満載で美味しかった。
追加の玉子かけご飯のトッピングも選べる方式なので、この日は大将オススメのイクラをトッピングしたのですが、イクラのたっぷり感が堪らなく嬉しい！
次回は違うトッピングもしてみようと思います！

今月（6月）は初めての訪問！！
やっぱり、美味しい！！
火入れが最高に良い！
締めの土鍋ご飯も今回は初めてのひじきと梅が使われていてサッパリしてて食べやすい。
追加串は、ハラミ、銀皮、背肝を頂きました。
卵かけごはんも勿論追加で頂き、今回はイクラトッピングにしました。ノーマル、イクラ、雲丹、トリュフを頂いたことがありますが、個人的にイクラが1番好きです。
今回もイクラたっぷり載せて頂きました！
今月も最後のアイスまで美味しかったです！
