23.10.17 After enjoying Teppan-yaki I didn't have enough to drink, so I had a light draft beer here. Ebisu Bar is on the second floor of the building where the Ginza Lion Shinjuku store is located. Ebisu Bar Boku is the second restaurant after the store at Shakujii Koen Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. Even though it's in the entertainment district, the soundproofing is very good, and you can't hear any noise from outside. It's nice to be able to relax and drink. First of all, the limited beer Kohaku Ebisu Premium Amber Glass costs 620 yen and 682 yen including tax.・100% malt, plenty of aroma hops from Bavaria, Germany, and some crystal malt.・Long-term aging.・Beautiful amber color with deep richness and mellow flavor. byHP As per the website, it has a strong taste but is easy to drink. When poured by a professional, the bubbles looked nice. As expected. The accompaniment is cream cheese with wasabi miso and wasabi crackers for 490 yen and 539 yen including tax. The perfect snack for someone like cheese and wasabi like me. I love the difference in texture between the soft cream cheese and the hard wasabi crackers. 2nd cup, Ebisu Premium Black 620 yen, 682 yen including tax. Even though it's a dark beer, it doesn't have much bitterness, making it very easy to drink. However, it has an excellent taste with a solid body. Both are delicious draft beers. I like Ebisu Bar❗️ Since this is my second bar, I ended up having two drinks tonight. Which Ebisu bar should I drink at next time? Thank you for your meal.
