各線新宿駅西口から徒歩5分以内、駅前の繁華街の一角テナントビル2階で営業している韓国料理の店。都心付近に数店舗あり夜の時間に入店したことがあり別店舗に入店
平日11時45分店内入店
なぜだか朝から生野菜が食べたいな、と思っていた1日で昼食時間に向かったのはこの店。
ランチ時間帯は韓国料理の発注でライス・スープ・サラダが食べ放題という結構オトクな店、まして野菜食べたいならということで確定。階段を上り2階店舗へ。
店内はカウンター席数席、店内中央にテーブル席15名分、店舗の端には簡易的な囲いになっている半個室が10箇所ほど。1名だったので数席あるカウンター席の端に。
・ホルモンチゲ定食（999円）
お値段は999円又は1,100円の20種ほどのメニューからのチョイス。
先行してスープとサラダを盛りに。
スープはわかめの入ったよくありそうなものだがサラダは12種ほどの生鮮野菜とコーンにドレッシング、韓国を振りかけて食べられ取れる野菜に限りはたしかにあるが色から見て、食べてみても鮮度も良く日頃の野菜不足気味の食生活にはかなり良い。
更に10分少しはまったところでチゲが到着
ご飯に再度サラダを盛ってきて引き続き食事を、チゲは辛さも辛すぎずピリッとはくるが食べられなくなるほどの辛味でもなくご飯やスープと一緒に食べるのに適切。
15分ほどは食べてから食事は終了
野菜をたくさん食べられるところもですが料理も量が多めでご飯もお代わりできるのでたくさん食べたい昼食の時は良いと思います。
