新宿で所用の後に友人と夕飯を食べる約束をしており伺ったお店
24年5月.水曜日の19時半に2名で予約して伺い、店内満席の状態がずっと続いているといった状況でした
．
・お通し
お通しはキムチ/もやしの和え物/マカロニサラダ/糸蒟蒻の和え物となっていました
それぞれが小鉢に盛られた形での提供
メイン料理が出来上がるまでのお酒のアテとして丁度よく、またメインが出来上がった後の口直しとしても優秀でちまちま食べるのに最適でした！
・チュサム
チュクミとサムギョプサルの両方が楽しめる欲張りなメニュー
セット内容は豚肉/イイダコ/サンチュ/野菜/ネギサラダとなっており2〜3人前での提供
料理は全て店員さんが目の前で調理してくれる形式で、まずは鉄板で豚肉を焼き、チュクミ→野菜（もやし/ニラ）の順で炒めていく感じ
ジューッと言う焼き音と香り、臨場感から楽しみのボルテージが上がります
豚肉は脂身と赤身が半々位で構成されたバラ肉でジューシーさと脂の甘みが堪らないガツンとした味わい
チュクミはイイダコがたっぷりと入った食べ応えがあるタイプで程よい辛みが心地良いです
サンチュのお代わりが可能なのでたっぷりと具材を包んで一気に頬張るのが最高で食べ進める手が止まらない美味しさでした！
・海鮮チョレギサラダ
海鮮がたっぷりと入ったチョレギサラダ
大皿にこんもりと盛られ、韓国海苔が散らされた形での提供
サラダは味濃いめの塩ダレベースとなっておりちょっとピリ辛なアクセントと胡麻の風味がいい感じ
海鮮としてらイカ/あさり/エビなどが入っており海鮮の旨みもしっかりとお野菜に移っているため全体を通して旨みマシマシなサラダとなっていました
今回は2人で分けたのですがだいぶボリューミーで食べ応えが抜群、普段足りてない野菜成分をしっかりと摂ることができて良かったです！
・センマイ刺し
牛の第3の胃であるセンマイの刺し物
センマイ/玉ねぎ/きゅうりが同じくらいの配分でどっさりとお皿に盛られた形での提供
センマイのタレは少しピリ辛位の濃厚な味わいタイプ
コリコリとしたセンマイとシャキシャキの玉ねぎ/きゅうりに非常にマッチする味わいでたっぷり付けて食べるとお酒のお供として完璧な逸品に
チュサムが濃い味のため少しサッパリしたい時にもタレ付けをあまりせず胡麻の風味メインで食べることでリフレッシュできるお料理で、万能な食べ方が出来て非常に良きでした！

お店はJR新宿駅西口から歩いて2〜3分の所にあります
西口の飲み屋街が集結するエリアで中央通りから三番街通りに左折した所にあるVINTAGE-1の2階に位置する店舗様
店内は韓国料理屋さんにしては色合い落ち着き目なシックで大人な色合いのテーブル/椅子が特徴的な内観で、片面の壁一面に置かれたチャミスルの瓶が煌びやかな空間を演出していて素敵でした
お席は4名掛け/6名掛け/8名掛けのテーブル席を中心に全体で65席での構成
客層は友人同士/同僚同士/カップルといった所で4〜6人くらいでワイワイと飲み会しにきている方々がボリュームゾーンな印象を受けました
年代層は20〜30代あたりと比較的に若いイメージです
今回はチュサムメインでの飲み会でしたが他にも本格的な韓国料理が多かったので次回はまた違った韓国料理をメインに楽しみに伺いたいと思います！
