つじむら特性の赤葱タン
▷▷▶︎片面焼いて、裏返してからネギのせ焼くとのそう。ネギに火を入れたい派なので片面を焼いている間に、隅っこでネギを軽く焼いてから乗せるのがオススメです◎お皿を回収する時にネギは取っておきますか？と店員さんが聞いて下さり、葱タンが美味しかったので、上牛タンを頼んで赤葱タンのネギをかけて食べました！
レギュラーのお肉は大体6枚くらい？ハーフで3枚？
赤葱タンのみハーフが2/3サイズなので、最初赤葱タンのハーフを頼んで、その後ノーマル牛タンor上牛タンを頼んでネギをかけるのもありだと思います◎

土日に行って店員さんが多かったので、この値段で、この美味しさに、この立地。元取れてるのかなあ笑最高でした！
