行きたかった焼肉屋さんの一つ
YouTubeなどでは好評価の声が聞こえる中、初訪問
まずはキムチ 厚切りのツラミ テールをオーダー
ツラミはもう少し柔らかく下処理をした方が良いかなと
感じました
上タン
薄切りでも芯タン部分が来るのかと思いきや、がっつりタン下もう入っていました
葱タン
赤唐辛子とネギを混ぜただけにしか感じませんでした
あまり味に独創性は感じられず
ロース
つけだれ煮いっぱい絡めてサッとレア焼き
上ロース
上タンと同じようにサシのキレイな上ロースに重ねるように赤身の切り落としかと思うような肉も
全体的に決して肉質が良いとはお世辞にも言えないお肉でした
タレ焼き全般味が薄く、肉自体にも味を感じませんでした
期待あげすぎたのか残念でした
