昨年の夏に行った韓国ネオン焼肉屋が、大衆ヒレ焼肉として、米沢牛をメインとした焼肉屋とリニューアルオープン
昨年行った時美味しかったので、再訪した
開店記念の飲み放題付きコースを頂く
シグニチャーメニューの米沢牛炙りユッケ含む、贅沢10種をお試しできるスターター米沢牛焼肉セット
6,000円(税込)プラスチャージ550円で6,550円
まず供されるナムルとキムチは自家製で、チャージの550円でなんと食べ放題だそう
米沢牛炙りユッケは、イチボを使用しているそうで、卵に絡めて頂くと、口の中でトロける
ドーンっと盛り合わせで登場した肉は
・ホルモン2種
・並タン 上タン 特選厚切りタン
厚切りと薄切り、どちらも焼くとコリコリとした食感が楽しめる
・和牛ハラミ
・イチボ、ランプ、ヒレの米沢牛の厳選肉
タレがしっかりと絡んでいて、美味しくてビールが進む
レアで頂いても、上質な肉質を感じる
その後、チゲスープとカレーライスが供された
チゲスープはピリ辛で、しっかり肉も入っていて、かなり美味しかった
カレーライスもよく煮込まれていて完食
飲み放題は生ビールやハイボールなどの他、自動販売機のドリンクも飲み放題！
