カウンターの8割、ほぼインバウンドのお客さん。
入口に近い席だったので、新宿の夜景が綺麗でした。
富士山コースとは新しいメニューであり、食べ放題コースを選ばれるお客さんが多い中、なかなか多くは食べられない。そんなお客さんに、ネタをグレードアップさせたコースができました。
お寿司だけでなく、途中で天婦羅、茶碗蒸しなどいろいろと楽しませてくださいます。
板前さんのホスピタリティもとても良く、良かったのはネタだけではありませんでした。
最後はアイスクリームを選んで（2回チャンス）終了。
とても満足いく内容でした。
