京橋で百名店で大人気だった焼鳥店が新宿西口へ。ずっと気になっており訪問しました。

つくねは大葉と野菜、軟骨が入りしゃきしゃきして油っぽくて食べ応えがあります。
レバーはそのままの味が活きていて、手羽は塩っぱいのでお酒が進みます。七味と山椒と出汁醤油が卓上にあるので自分で調味できて嬉しい。
コース内容は厳選されていてどの串も絶品でした。
締めの丼は全て完璧に美味しいのでどれも後悔ないと思います。卵は兵庫県加古川の「日本一こだわり卵」を使用しているようで、デザートのプリンは濃厚でぎっちり＆苦手のとろみの強いカラメルが絡まってハイクオリティなプリンでびっくりしました。
鶏肉が食べたい方は追加注文した方が良いです！

現段階で人気店ですがすぐに広まってリピーターも増えて予約困難店になりそうです。
