新宿西口に昨年京橋から移転オープンされた 焼鳥 鐵 さんへ。
近くで働いている友人も、こんな所にいつの間に？というほどの隠れ家的なお店。
足元の小さな灯籠を目印に階段を降ると店内は大きなL字型のカウンター。会社員的にはそんなに遅い時間ではなかったのに、既に店内はかなり賑わっていました✨✨
お願いしたのは「おまかせコース」

最初に提供された雲丹とキャビアとささみの海苔巻、
美しいピンクのささみは黒岩土鶏とのこと。
宮崎の太陽と土と自然の恵みを存分にと整えられた環境の中、ストレスフリーで薬や抗生物質不使用、安心安全な山林放飼されている鶏さんだそう
海苔で巻いて口に頬張りながらテンションが上がります♪♪
置かれている縦長のお盆の奥に串物に合わせたりお口直しにもなる小鉢が3つ並べられ、順番に串が焼き上がってきます。
ハツモト、ささみと串物はシンプルに素材を活かしていてどれも美味、途中のパイタンスープも滋味深く、そして胃を温めてホッとさせてくれるこれがまた丁度よい量なのも良き♪♪
面白かったのが鴨肉。マスタードがたっぷりとぬられていたのですが、これがツーマッチではなく合うのです。ぷちぷちのマスタードシードも口の中で楽しい。
続くうずらの卵がとろとろだったのもタイプ、
そして大好物のレバーは身がふわっ、中はとろっとしていて悶絶でした♥
表面がパリッ、身はふっくらと焼かれた手羽も絶妙！
途中蓮根や帆立などが挟まれ、お肉が続かないのも女子ウケするかも。おデート向きかもしれません♪♪
合わせたお酒は奈良のみむろ杉。
飲みやすくてバランスが良いこちらのお酒はどのお料理にも合わせやすくてナイスチョイス、と自分を褒める（笑）
お猪口は箱にたくさん並べられている物から選べました。こういうの女性は嬉しいですよね。
選べる〆のお食事は迷って卵かけご飯に！
「兵庫加古川の日本一のこだわりの卵」と書かれていたら試さずにはいられません（笑）
シンプルに美味しかったですね。日本人でよかった、としみじみ。これ毎朝食べたら元気に1日を過ごせるんだろうなー✨✨
友人は塩ラーメン。
途中味変にどうぞとレモンを渡されていました
量も丁度良く、クリアなスープも品よく美味しいと最後の1滴まで飲み干してました♪♪
そして最後はプリン！
甘めのカラメルがたっぷりとのせられたミニミニプリンはちょっと甘いものが欲しいよね、という最後にぴったり♪♪
帰る頃には先にいらしていた方々の後のお客様でまたいっぱいとなっていた店内。
反対側には個室もあるようでした。
