平日19:30の回にお邪魔しましたが満席。この日はデートや友人同士での利用が多いように見受けられました。今回はお任せコースでお邪魔しましたが、結論大満足でした！
串7本少ないかも？って思っていましたがお料理と合わせるとボリューム感もしっかり。創意工夫の凝らされた一品料理の数々も美味しくそして楽しかったです。
✔️1品目の雲丹とキャビアとささみの海苔巻。半生のささみは柔らかく、口の中に入れるととろける雲丹とのハーモニーが絶妙！海苔の香ばしさ、そしてピリッと山葵が良い。
✔️ 宮崎県黒岩土鶏のたたきは、九州の甘い醤油につけていただきます。薬味が良い味出してます。
✔️小鉢3種は串を食べながら、ちょっとした箸休めにも。
✔️串1本目はハツモト。思わず「うまぁ」と声が漏れる。ジューシーで美味しいです。
✔️銀杏。塩加減がちょうど良い。
✔️みずみずしいささみは山葵と一緒にさっぱりと。
✔️パイタンスープはとっても優しい味わい。
✔️ここで鴨肉！マスタードがたっぷり。鴨と
マスタードの組み合わせは初めてでした。ビールが進みそうな味わい！
✔️あっつあつのつくね。一味や山椒を合わせるとまた美味しい。
✔️口に入れた瞬間ぷちっと弾けるうずらの玉子。口いっぱいに幸せ溢れた！
✔️レバーは火入れが絶妙。とってもみずみずしくて柔らか。鮮度と火入れの良さを感じました。
✔️そして手羽先。表面はパリッと中はしっとりジューシー。すぐに解れるほど柔らかでした。
✔️選べる〆は親子丼に。味付けもメリハリがあって、卵感しっかり！鶏の出汁もしっかり効いていて大満足。ボリューム感もしっかりありました！
✔️最後は〆のプリン。カラメルはしっかり甘め。プリン自体は食感がしっかりしていて卵の濃厚さを感じます。
このコースの内容で1万円いかないのはとってもコスパが良いと感じました。お店の雰囲気も良いですしいらっしゃるお客さんの客層も落ち着いていて居心地がよかったです。
新宿で焼鳥を食べる際はぜひ立ち寄りたいと思います。
