今回来店したのが、「新宿もつ焼き 芝浦ホルモン」です！
今回はアラカルトにて利用させていただきました！
仕事帰りに同僚と利用させていただきました！
ガツポン酢
◾︎お酒に合う逸品で非常にお酒との相性が抜群な味付けをしてました！
たんもと
◾︎ 非常に美味しいです。焼き加減が絶妙で、外側はカリッと香ばしく、中はジューシーで食べ応えがあります。また、たんもとはしっかりとした肉の旨味が感じられ、脂身とのバランスも良いです！
ネギレバ
◾︎ ネギレバは、絶品で、レバーの旨味が詰まっていて、ネギの風味と相まってさっぱりとした味わいでした！
刺し盛り合わせ
◾︎ 様々な種類の刺しが盛り付けられており、それぞれの個性ある味わいが楽しめます。柔らかくジューシーな食感が感じられました。何も付けずに食べて肉の味わいが広がり、全体的にとても満足のいく味わいでした！
タンユッケ
◾︎ タンの旨味がしっかりと感じられ、柔らかな食感も特徴的です。醤油ベースのタレ？相性も抜群で、さっぱりとした味付けが飽きることなく食べ続けられます。また、新鮮な卵黄と一緒に頂くことで、さらに美味しさが引き立ちとても美味しかったです！
ハツユッケ
◾︎ 驚くほど新鮮で甘みのある味わいでした。柔らかくてジューシーなハツが口の中でとろけるように溶ける感じが素晴らしかったです！
もつ鍋
◾︎ 芝浦ホルモンのもつ鍋は絶品です。スープの出汁が濃厚で深みがあり、野菜やもつがしっかりと味を吸っています。もつは柔らかくて食べ応えがあり、一口食べるたびに満足感が味わえます。温まりつつも飽きずに楽しめる一品でした！
こころのこり
◾︎初めて食べましたが、ジューシーで食べ応えがあり、串に刺された部位の旨みが存分に味わえます。こころのこりは、一口食べるとやみつきになります。また、焼き加減も絶妙で外側はカリッと、中は肉汁がジュワッと広がる1品でした！
全体的にお酒に合う味付けになっており、一品一品がとてもボリューミーでコスパが凄くよかったです！平日にも関わらず、席はほとんど埋まっており、人気だなと感じました！
また足を運ばせていただきます！
