The egg rolls were firmer than fluffy. The chicken nanban was about the size of a meatball, the biggest I've ever seen it. Not only is it big, but it's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It looks big and makes me excited. Personally, this was my favorite course. The hot pot is a soy sauce-based Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). Spicy and delicious with sliced chili peppers.
