少し前に新しい韓国料理屋さんがオープンしたなーと思って見てましたが、少し遅い時間のランチでも空いていたのでお邪魔しました。
新宿駅東南口の階段を降りて、細めの路地に入ります。
賑やかな場所ではないので少し落ち着いた雰囲気の場所の一階にお店があります。
中に入るとテーブルがいくつか並んでいて、その中の一つに通してもらいました。
カーテンに仕切られた奥には個室があるようです。
石焼きビビンバを頼んで少し待ちます。
お水が入ったピッチャーと、ステンレス素材のコップを置いてくれて自分で注ぐスタイルです。
割と韓国系のお店だとこのスタイルが多いですが、お水を結構飲むので助かります。
石焼なので時間が掛かるかなー？と思いましたが思ったよりも早く来たので早速いただきます。
元のご飯には特に味付けはされていないようなので、テーブルにあるコチュジャンをかけて混ぜます。
少し少なめで入れましたが、元のビビンバのした味が少なめなので後から追加しました。
塩分取りすぎにならなくて助かります。
割と野菜がたっぷりだなーと思いながら食べていましたが、お肉系が入ってなさそうでした。
それでも量があるのでお腹いっぱいになりました。
