ＪＲ新宿駅で下車、東口から出て”新宿通り”と”靖国通り”を横切り、”新宿歌舞伎町一番街”へと進み、『カラオケの鉄人 新宿歌舞伎町一番街店』さんと同じ入口という面白い造りのお店を見つけ、そこがこの日の目的の『餃子 小籠包 福包酒場』さんというお店でした。

蒸籠の蓋をあけますと、白色は豚肉、黄色はフカヒレ、ピンクは海老、紫色は牛肉、緑色は鶏肉入りという五色の小籠包が姿をあらわしましたΣ(ﾟ∀ﾟﾉ)ﾉｷｬｰ
熱々、火傷に注意しつつ、５通りの味わいを美味しくいただきました(〃艸〃)ﾑﾌｯ

鶏皮を甘辛のタレをあわせた中華風の串、食感といい、タレといい、絶妙な味わいでございました(*•ө•*)

揚げ焼きのように仕上げられた焼き餃子、皮が厚めで野菜もたっぷりの餡とを楽しませていただきました(๑´ڡ`๑)
