想像を遥か超えた大満足のコースでした。
白砂糖不使用、グルテンフリー、オーガニックなどこだわり抜かれた食材しか使っていないコース！
低カロリー&栄養豊富のキノコは菌しゃりさんが
選び抜かれたもので、初めて見るキノコばかりで新鮮！
・しゃぶしゃぶ
しゃぶしゃぶのスープは12kgの十勝産マッシュルームを70℃で12時間じっくりと抽出
そこからは12リットルしか取れない希少スープ
これが美味しくて美味しくて止まらなかったです＊キノコはビックサイズでどれも風味・食感に感動！身体の中はやせ菌だらけに笑
お肉も抗生物質・ホルモン剤不使用のこだわりぶり、安心して食べられてとろけました♪
キノコだけでもかなりのボリュームなのに
有機野菜にお肉まで最高のしゃぶしゃぶです！
鍋の〆は米粉のフォーで最後まで身体に優しい
タレや薬味も沢山で最後まで美味しくいただけます^^
・金のプリン
アーモンドミルクと甜菜糖で作られたプリンで、通常のプリンにはない、きな粉なようなコクがあります。カラメルと一緒に食べたらさらに至福
甘すぎないのでこれだけのボリューミーなコース後でもペロリと食べられました、

アルコール含むドリンクが飲み放題で、ドリンクもノンカフェインなどこだわられています！
