I visited after 6pm on a weekday in January 2024. Il Chianti Paradiso Nishi-Shinjuku is an Italian Cuisine Restaurants located on the 29th floor of the Shinjuku NS Building, about a 3-minute walk from Tochomae Station. The large store was about 20% occupied. I told them I had a reservation and the two of us sat at the counter. For a drink, I requested the ``Montelli Bello Spumante'' rosé for ¥2,900. Toast with Spumante, which is refreshing yet has just the right amount of richness. Happy Salad (M) ¥1,590: I ordered the "Happy Salad" to enjoy Il Chianti's fresh dressing with garlic. Mainly raw spinach, corned beef, shrimp, grilled Prosciutto are served on the plate. The presence of raw mushrooms and roasted zucchini also makes an impact. Savor a large salad while enjoying the usual delicious dressing. I realized that it was like coming to Il Chianti wanting to eat this. It feels good to eat with the bread provided as an appetizer. Chianti Lasagna ¥1,250: A lasagna with a rich taste of cheese and meat sauce. It's a salty dish with a decent amount of volume, so it's satisfying to eat. Enjoy the crunch of the lasagna and the flavor of the sauce with the spumante. Pescatore (L) ¥2,200: A rich pescatore flavored with tomato sauce soaked with seafood stock. The ingredients such as shrimp, squid, clams, and mussels are also a good size and filling. The sweet sauce and thick pasta go together really well. A delicious dish with a slight garlic flavor that makes it even more delicious. Pair the remaining tomato sauce with the bread and enjoy until the very end. Il Chianti is not as crowded as I expected, perhaps because it is on the 29th floor of the Shinjuku NS Building. Personally, I was satisfied that I was able to enjoy the usual hearty Italian Cuisine in a comfortable space. There was a convenient restaurant there when you wanted to casually enjoy rich Italian Cuisine with friends.
