原田みな美です。
先日、後輩たちと新宿3丁目に
新しくできたBISTRO CHURAさんに
お邪魔をしました。
平日の夜も人気と聞いていたので
予約をしての来店。
店員さんが元気よく席まで案内
してくれました。
前情報が沖縄料理でしたが、
メニューを開いてびっくり！
旧来の沖縄料理のメニューに
なぞらえながらも、初めての人でも
食べやすいようにとても
おしゃれにアレンジをされている
メニューたち。
そして、ナチュールワインとの
マリアージュを考えられていて、
ワインとの相性がばっちりなんです。
まさか沖縄料理店で
ワインを飲むとは思わなかった・・・。
特にトロトロの卵がのった
ゴーヤチャンプルーがおすすめです。
またお邪魔したいです。
