新宿 EAToLUMINEまた探索
さくっと食べてこれらるから便利 今度は
鴨to葱イイトルミネ新宿店
御徒町に行ったときにいつも行列であきらめていたお店
新宿駅中に進出
平日14時過ぎで5，6人並んでる。
でも駅ナカのわさわさしたところのカウンターだから
みんな長居はしないので回転はよい。
それにタッチパネル式の券売機の操作で
みんな結構時間がかかっていて、そのために並んでる感じ。
カウンターにはちらほら空席がある。
普通の鴨ラーメン
ネギが選べる、、丸太白葱と白髪葱に
鴨、葱、水だけからできているスープ これがすごい
澄んだスープだけれども コクがあって旨みたっぷり
人気店なのもよくわかる
シンプルにおいしい
鴨、ネギもおいしい。
中太ストレート麺、しっとりとスープがまとわりつく
駅ナカでこれだけ美味しいラーメンを手軽に食べられる。
いいですねえ。
外国人観光客に目をつけれないうちに早く行くべき
ついでにご飯ものもあった
親子丼でも良かったんだけど
トロタクにひかれてしまった。 トロタク丼。
これでラーメンのスープを存分に楽しめる。
店のオペレーションはまだまだ慣れてない感じ。
