新宿にある「鴨to葱」で、鴨らーめん980円を食べた。JR駅構内にできたイイトルルミネにできたラーメン屋。
鴨ラーメンは、全粒粉のストレート細麺が、醤油味の鴨からの脂で意外とコッテリとした飴色のスープに入っている。鴨肉はスライスした薄いものが2枚、シナチク、ネギもはいるが、ネギは丸焼きネギか九条ネギ、白髪ネギから２つを選ぶ。感想としては、麺は煮干しそばに使われているものに似て、スープはもう少しアッサリとしていた方が鴨肉の邪魔をしないかな。
