新宿駅構内にて新たなスポット、イイトルミネで憧れの鴨to葱に入りました。
普通の鴨ラーメンを注文
シンプルなラーメンで、全粒粉が効いた麺が美味しく、鴨の出汁の醤油スープです。
期待してしまっていたせいか、鴨出汁が少々薄く感じ、スープは少し脂っぽく感じました。
機会があれば、やはり本店で食べてみたい。
