社歴96年を誇る、新宿御苑の雄、博多の水炊き屋の名門、玄海さんでお祝い貸切していただきました。
91名の方々からお祝いして頂き、会計は私が払いましたが一人単価、2万を切ります。
景観も室内からして素晴らしく、まるで東京タワーのふもと、とうふ屋うかいのよう。
私は熊本の出身で、九州新幹線で37分なので博多育ちのようなもの。
コラーゲンでお肌つるっつるです。
本当にお料理も博多に負けず劣らずで、抜群で、一度は行ってみたい食事屋さんでした。
ホスピタリティも素晴らしく、ハーパン履いてTシャツで入れて、最高峰の板長を抱える素晴らしいお店。
場所は、伊勢丹からまっすぐ靖国通りをひたすらに新宿御苑前まで歩きます。
すると左手にそびえ立つ、本当に美味しい水炊き屋さんでした。
私も九州男児として、もつ鍋や水炊きはうるさい方なんですが、個室での鶏肉料理は最高でした。
余談ですが、デザートは手作りです。
水炊き食べた後に締めのおじやを食べた後のバニラアイスは素敵すぎますよ。
お見送りも皆さんでやってくれて、これは銀座なら4万コースだな、、、と思われる素敵すぎる素晴らしい食事屋さんでした。
