本物の水炊きが食べてみたいと思い立ち当店を予約しました。昭和3年創業の人気店で口コミがすこぶる良いです。
席数は250席もある大箱で業界人が接待で利用しそうな料亭然とした雰囲気。
礎コース 10000円（電話予約のみ）
初めてだったので1番安価なコースにしました。水炊きって高いですね。鍋物を外で食べる事が無いので値段にビビってしまう。
先付は鶏煎餅。とても軽やかにサクサクとしたおつまみであり酒のお供ですね。
前菜3種は伊達むね肉の生ハム、伝統の鶏松風、えび芋田楽（だっけ？）。松風とは挽肉に味付けし型に詰め、ケシの実をまぶして焼く伝統料理との事。どれも素朴な味ですがこれといって普通。
やってきました大本命。
水炊きはスープと肉だけで野菜は無し。鶏白湯のように白濁したスープからいただきます。これが、美味い。濃厚で鶏の旨みに溢れるスープが体に染み込みます。後入で蒸し大蒜を加えると堪らない。超上品なラーメンスープのようだ。
鶏肉とつくねは特製のポン酢で。このポン酢がとても爽やかで絶品。鶏肉の旨さをさらに広げます。
〆の雑炊は別部屋で別の皿で作った物が出てきます。やはり出汁が美味い。蒸し大蒜残しておきたかった。
お口直しにお浸し、蓋物で季節の茶碗蒸しが供されますがいずれも普通で記憶に残りませんでした。
甘味は季節のシャーベットですがこれも何のシャーベットかよー分からん。
徹頭徹尾水炊きですねこちらは。水炊きのみ単体で食べに行きたい。アラカルトとかできるのかしら。
