10年ぶりのへぎ蕎麦・昆。
暖簾をくぐると・・相変わらず賑わっていましたよ！
カウンターも満席・・何とか１席作ってくれました。（感謝です）
●へぎ蕎麦
布海苔（海藻）をつなぎに使っているお蕎麦は・・ご存知の方も多いですね。
１人前でオーダーしましたが・・
本来は・・２～３～人前からオーダーして、どど＝ん！と・・大きなセイロで
食べるのがたまらないお蕎麦です。
とってもコシがあって・・表面はツルツル。
しっかりした弾力の・・歯ごたえ・噛みごたえが・・・これまた良いです（＾＾）
うっすら・・布海苔の緑色が・・食欲をそそります。
そんなにへぎ蕎麦を食べる機会がないので・・味はこれだぁ！
というのは分かりませんが・・
私には10年ぶりのお店の味に感じました。
◎タレ
どちらかというと・・こちらのお店は甘めと思いますが・・・
ご主人独自のニュアンスもあるのでしょう・・。
私は美味しいと思います。
今回は１人で再訪だったので一品料理を頼めませんでしたが・・
◎タマゴ焼き・揚げものは是非食べてほしいです。
端の席でしたので・・おかみさんとおしゃべりをして来ました。
最初の訪問は14年前。
新宿2丁目の色々なお店のお話を聞いていると・・
懐かしい反面・・無くなったお店を知り・・寂しさも感じました。
10年ぶりと云わず・・今年は又伺おうと思いましたよ。
深夜まで営業してるので、〆へぎ♪もいいですよ。
