蕎麦飲みの好きな友人と伺ってみた。
店内は年季が入っているが風情があって良い。
まずは瓶ビールと、新潟名物の「のっぺ」という煮物をいただいた。
こちらは冷たい煮物なのだが、味がよく染みていて美味しい。
次に天ぷらの盛り合わせ。お塩でいただく季節野菜が美味しい。
本日のお刺身は、かんぱち。蕎麦が提供されるまでのおつまみの中ではこちらが一番美味しかった。
日本酒の種類も豊富で、吉野川、高千代といただいたが、どちらも系統の違う味で楽しめた。
最後の締めは名物の「へぎそば」。これがコシのあるお蕎麦で非常に美味しく、感動してしまった。
ラーメンみたいに大量に掻きこむものではないだろうが、いくらでも食べられそうだ。
2人で飲み食いして1人4000円ぐらい。胃もたれしない良い飲みだった。
