'22.3.31 初訪問
以前たまたま通りかかり気になってBMしていたお店。
かみさんと夕飯時にお邪魔しました。
木曜日の17時少し過ぎた頃で早めの時間でしたが
先客も１組いらっしゃいました。
指定されたカウンター席に並んで着席。
＜今回注文したもの＞
・へぎそば２人前(1760円)
写真ではわかり難いですが、ふのり蕎麦特有の
薄緑色の蕎麦＼(^o^)／
でも盛り方は地元のクルッと丸めた形ではなく
普通のもりそばのよう。
ツルンとした独特の舌触りと喉越しは新潟県
中越地方出身の僕にはたまらない！
ただツユが地元より少し甘めなのは
東京に合わせてるんでしょうか？
・ゲソの唐揚げ(630円)
カリッと揚げたてでイカの弾力のある歯応えで
美味しい(๑´ڡ`๑)
・のっぺ(650円)
僕は温かいのっぺ汁しか知りませんでしたが
こちらのものは冷たい煮物のようなタイプ。
味自体は確かにのっぺでしたが
思ったのとはちょっと違ったかな(^_^;)
・南蛮海老の唐揚げ(600円)
こちらもカリッと香ばしく揚がっていて
頭まで丸ごとパリパリ食べられます！
海老の甘みと旨みが濃厚で美味しいです(*^▽^*)
・あさりの酒蒸し(900円)
まろやかで風味豊かな酒の香り♪
スープにはあさりの旨みもしっかり出ていて
完飲したくなる美味しさ！
・サッポロ黒ラベル(650円)×２
・ウーロン茶(390円)
・八海山一合(熱燗)(980円)
合計7,210円也
以前表参道の新潟のアンテナショップで食べた
ふのり蕎麦はちょっと違うなぁという感じで
釈然としなかったんですが、こちらのものは
ちゃんと納得できる布海苔蕎麦でした＼(^o^)／
新潟の地酒も充実していたので
日本酒好きな方は是非行ってみて下さい(*^_^*)
