火曜の13:30過ぎに来訪。
食後に知ったことですが、ランチタイムは13:30まででした。暖簾が出ていたので営業中だったと思いますが、入店後にカウンターの電気がつきました。
さて、注文は竹の握り。
まぐろから始まり、鉄火巻きで終わります。
多分8貫+巻物だったと記憶してます。
最初にいただいた赤身が少し生臭く、赤身の香りがあまりしませんでした。
穴子はふっくらと煮てありましたが、他は特筆することはない感じです。
