新宿御苑にある寿司店「三ます（みます）」。
創業明治43年という超老舗で、四ツ谷四丁目交差点近くにあります。
ランチメニューは松竹梅の「にぎり」に三ます丼。
全てお吸い物付きで、ちらしも出来るそうです。
価格は松すし1600円、竹すし1300円、梅すし1000円。
1人半になると、松すし2200円、竹すし1800円、梅すし1500円。
松と竹の違いはイクラが入るかどうかと言うことで、「松すし」1600円にしました。
1人半はネタの種類が同じで、貫数が増えるとのこと。
御苑の外れにあるからか、お客さんは少なくのんびりした雰囲気。
大将と常連さんがお話ししてます。
お寿司はランチでもちゃんとにぎり立て。
ポンポンと目の前に置かれていきます。
マグロ2貫

玉子焼き
穴子
イクラ軍艦
鉄火巻き
と握り8貫に巻物。
お吸い物はアサリでした。
ネタはもちろんどれも新鮮です。
シャリは柔らかめ。
以前は江戸前らしく煮切り醤油が塗られていましたが、今回はマグロのみ。
マグロ、ホタテ、エビが特に美味しかったです。
握りはどれも大きめなので、1人前で十分でした。
夜が中心のお店だと思いますが、ゆったりと寿司ランチも良かったです。
