平日の昼に訪問。
ホームページから予約可能で、前日でも予約することができました。
ちなみに本日は予約がなくても購入可能だったよう。
こちらは一本3000円の高級ガトーショコラの専門店です。
上質なチョコレートを使用したグルテンフリーのガトーショコラだそうで、コク・甘味・苦味を三位一体で味わえるのが売りとのこと。
なお、日持ちは常温2日、冷蔵2週間。
芳醇なカカオの風味は流石の仕上がり。濃厚で深みのある味わいです。
ちなみに常温だとショコラテリーヌ風、冷蔵だと生チョコ風、レンチンだとフォンダンショコラ風というように違った楽しみ方が可能。
私の一番のお気に入りはレンチン。中心部は溶けますが、周りの生地感は若干残っています。上記の三位一体をしっかり感じられました。
対して、冷蔵は少し苦手。ほぼ生チョコのようで、濃厚さと甘味の一辺倒に感じるかな。売りが消えてしまっている気がします。
最初は「この値段でこのサイズか」と正直思いましたが、人気の理由が伝わる味わいでした。
