「今日はおいしいホルモン食べさせる」と誘ってもらったのですが
ホルモンはせいぜいタンとハラミくらいしか食べれないかも…
と思いつつ 向かったお店は新宿御苑から2分ほど
30年近く歴史のある老舗の焼肉屋
神戸屋
希少部位もお手頃に味わえちゃうのね
まずは特上牛タン
この色合い 美しさ！
冷凍ではなく生の黒毛和牛の牛タン
老舗の焼肉屋さんだからいい商品が仕入れられるんだそうよ
でも、生タンは数に限りがあるので 多くの方に味わって欲しいから
一組に沢山提供もできないみたいだし
食べたかったら即オーダーすべき1品
焼き過ぎないようにして
レモンを絞っていただきます
柔らかくってムッチリたまらない食感
そして私が最も感動したものが
湯引きのミノ ポン酢センマイ皿 酢味噌
食べるのに夢中でこれしか写真撮ってませんが
今までミノもセンマイも苦手だったんですよ
躊躇していたら「美味しいものを今まで食べてないだけだからだと思う」
と言われて 恐る恐る口にしたら
うんまぁあああ！
今まで食べていたものは何だったんだろう？？
まず色味も違いますもんね
鮮度の良いものを丁寧に丁寧に
下処理されるとこんなにも美味しいものかと驚きました

レバー
こんなに角があるスクエアなレバーって今まで見たことない！！
鮮度の良さが分かりますよね
さっと炙るくらいで胡麻油と塩で味わいます
レバーもあんまり得意じゃないと思っていましたが
とろりと濃厚でたまらない
レバーはさっきお店に入ってきたばかりとナイスタイミングで味わえたみたいです
お肉に悩んだらおすすめメニューから選ぶといいかも
ホルモンも食べておかねば！

冷凍していない生のお肉って本当に美味しいです
生すだちスカッシュでさっぱりと
こんなにホルモンを美味しく味わえた機会がなかったので大満足でした
今度はほかの部位も沢山味わってみたいし
ホルモン好きな友達誘っていきたいです！
ウーバーイーツなどテイクアウトも対応されているのも良いですね
