新宿御苑にある【神戸屋】さんに行ってきました。
このお店、新宿御苑にある二階に聳えていて、雰囲気も大人っぽくて良し！
期待が膨らみます！！
今回は厳選プレミアムコース。
それに飲み放題プランがついた形でした。
まずはキムチとナムル、チョレギサラダが登場。すりごまがかかっていて、すごく香ばしい！
ちょっと甘味のあるドレッシングがたまりません！
次に来たのはタン刺し。これはとろけるような感じでたまらなかった。
そして、上タン塩がきて、塩ダレのネタが。ミノがコリコリしていてまた絶品。
タレつけの3種もたまらん！特にランプ！脂が程よく乗っていて柔からさが抜群！
めちゃくちゃ美味しかった。最後の牛骨スープはパンチが効いている味で舌の脂を流してくれる！
〆の石焼ビビンバはしっかりおこげがつき美味しさがたまりませんでした！
そんな感じで大満足出来るコースです。
レバーの分厚さが今でも忘れられませんw
