変わらない松屋クオリティ
2016年8月のとある休日の19時過ぎに訪ねた。
店内には先客7,8名。
食券機で「豚バラ肉と長ネギの生姜焼定食」¥630を選択。
カウンター席に座り、5分ほど待って提供される。
やはり生姜焼きが松屋の最強定食メニュー。これは季節限定の生姜焼きアレンジメニューだが良い塩梅。タレと長ネギの絡みが実に良い。
野菜がたくさん食べられるメニューを今後増やしていってもらいたい。

新宿2丁目にある松屋。客入りはそれほどでもない。
食券機で「味噌漬け豚バラ焼定食」¥580の食券を購入し、カウンター席に座る。
5分程度で提供される。
味噌ダレで豚バラを食す。まあ、当たり障りのない松屋クオリティ。
サラダにフレンチドレッシングをかけ、薄い味噌汁を飲み、いつもの松屋クオリティを堪能する。
とは言え、松屋の新作メニューなのでそこまで驚きは無いなー。いつになったら感動的なメニューを食べられるのかな・・・。

2018年3月某日の20時過ぎに訪ねた。
新宿御苑前駅を出て徒歩2分ほどの場所にある「松屋 新宿二丁目店」。
それほど広くない店内には先客5名ほど。
食券機で「オリジナルカレー（並）」¥380を選択。
カウンター席に座り食券を提示。
3分と経たず提供される。
塩分過多の松屋のカレー。昔に比べて多少コクがある。ただ、松屋らしい男の辛口カレーテイストは残している。
ライスがすすむ塩辛いカレー。たまに食べたくなるB級グルメとでも言えば良いだろうか。やんわりとした中毒性を帯びた松屋のカレーを堪能。塩気の強いカレーに味噌汁を合わせるという松屋のセンスも裏切らないB級感。
380円で中毒性のあるカレーを堪能。生野菜を付けて食べるのがベストなスタイルだが、この日は存分に塩分を浴びてみた。新宿二丁目らしい客は居ないノーマルな客層であった。
