たまには自分にご褒美を
久しぶりに『げんかい食堂』さんを訪れました。
この日は体調が少しバテ気味で、なにか元気が出るものを食べたいという欲求があったので、こちらにお邪魔しました。
店内は既に2名の先客が。一人は男性で、熱燗を飲み、タブレットで映画を見ながら優雅に食事されています。
もう一方は、女性の方で、水炊きセットを召されております。

小鍋親子丼セット(ごはん大盛)
追加トリュフ入りクリームコロッケ
追加鶏の唐揚げ二つ
を注文しました。
サービスでフィナンシェを頂いたので、食後のデザートに。
10分と経たない内にお膳に盛られて料理到着です。
まず、水炊きのスープから。あぁ、濃厚な鶏の出汁がたまりません。ポン酢を足しても絶品です。
水炊きには鶏のモモ肉が２つと少し少な目に思いますが、大盛にした親子丼のボリュームが凄い！
濃厚なタマゴと弾力ある鶏肉のハーモニーが素晴らしいです。
食べるスピードに加速がついてしまい、少々ガッツいてしまいました。
追加のコロッケも唐揚げも美味しく大満足です。
最後にフィナンシェを頂いて終了。腹パン状態です。
合計3000円超と、贅沢なランチでしたが、たまにはイイですよね？

絶品親子丼に舌鼓
年明け仕事初めから早2週間、少し疲れもたまってきたので、たまには自分にご褒美ということで、水炊き料理の名店『げんかい食堂』さんを訪問しました。
親子御膳 1800円
唐揚げ2つ 380円
限定マドレーヌ 100円
を注文しました。
今日は団体さんの予約が入っているようで、どんな方々かと思っていましたが、外国人の方々でした。いいお店チョイスしてくるなーと思っている内に料理到着です。
まず、水炊きスープで喉を潤します。濃ゆくて美味しい！
続いて、親子丼です。ここの親子丼は、他のお店と一味違います。まず、鶏肉のサイズが大きい！そして、ゴロゴロ入っています。嬉しい限りです。トロトロ卵も濃ゆくて美味しい！
特筆すぺきは、鶏肉を少し炙り、焦げ目をつけていることで、焼き鳥のような風味と食感を楽しめることです。
追加の唐揚げも、素材が良いので、大変美味しいです。
口直しのマドレーヌで、完全に出来上がりました。

三階の大広間に通され、かなり広めのソーシャルディスタンスをとったテーブル席に着席。
店内の雰囲気はとても素晴らしく、待つ時間が苦になりません。
親子丼は、濃厚な卵の甘さ口一杯に広がります。また大きめの鶏肉がゴロゴロ入っており、食べ応えあります。
ご飯は大盛にもできるようですが、大盛にしなくてよかったです。ボリューム満点です。
追加の唐揚げもジューシーで美味です。
いつか夜の部にお邪魔したいと思いました。

約半年振りにランチ訪問しました。今回は妻と２人です。
GW中とあって、さぞ混み合うだろうと思い、開店10分前にお店に到着。一番乗りでした。
開店し通された席は、半個室風の赴きある席でした。

本日はサービスで自家製のチーズクッキーを頂きました。
こちらのお店は料理の提供時間が速く、１０分と経たない内に全ての料理が揃います。
まず、水炊きから。大鍋なので、鶏肉が３個、鶏つみれが2個入っています。白濁したスープは、鶏のコクと絶妙な塩加減で最高です。
親子丼は、卵の黄身が濃ゆくて旨い。お隣の半個室席からも、旨いね～と声が漏れてきました。
そして、追加の揚げ物。唐揚げもホタテフライも超アツアツで一気に食べるのは危険ですが、これもまた美味しい！
大変至福の一時でした。
