令和4年、不景気。
仕事で嫌なことがあった日は、牛肉を食べて脳内の幸福物質を増やしたい。
前から名前が気になっていたこちらに突入。
とにかく牛肉みたいなメニュー（正確なメニュー名忘れた）を券売機で1050円で購入。お店のおじさんに、ごはんは？ と聞かれ、大盛り！ と即答。
すぐさま鍋に入った牛肉とネギ、ごはん、味噌汁、サラダが。
肉をフライパンで焼き、醤油を回しかけ、ごはんにバウンドして食べる。この肉の量は嬉しいな。味付けは自分なんで美味しいかと言われたら、まあ醤油味の牛肉炒めなんですが、焼き過ぎないよう、弱火にしたら、まあいい感じ。
ひとり夕飯で牛肉食うなら、アリだと思います。
