新宿御苑前歩くたびに気になっていたお店！
オールシーズンコーヒーや随園別館の近く。
無性に肉が食べたくなりついに訪問
メニューが多くてかなり迷いました。
600円-1200円と価格帯様々です！
お肉も鶏、豚、牛全てあります。さすが！
今回頼んだのはスタミナ定食(牛)
1100円とこのお店の中では高い部類に入りますがボリューム満点で最高でした。
カウンター席には1人1つIHコンロがあり、
提供されるお鍋を自分の火加減で作り上げていくスタイルで、手作り感を楽しめます
タマネギ、ニラ、ニンニク、牛肉たっぷり
しっかり炒めてオンザライス
卵も付いてきます。
これは溶いて卵とじにしたり、
すき焼きのように使ったりするみたいです。
すかさず卵もオンザライス。
スタミナどんぶり完成です！笑
ちょっと辛そうに見えますが全然そんなことなく、力がみなぎる味付けです
サラダとお味噌汁もついてご飯は大盛無料
次は何食べよかな。満足満足！
