先週末、ちかりんと新宿で女子トークしに行ってきました。
予約したのは「関西酒場らくだば」。
一体何のお店なんだ？って感じで向かったのですが、結果的にお料理美味しくて大満足ｗ
新宿御苑前駅から徒歩5分ほど。
店内はちょっと灯りを落とした落ち着いた空間で、席数は20ほど。
店名の「らくだ」はシェフがらくだに似ているからだそうでｗ、奥にはらくだが飾ってありました。
まずは、白ワインと炭酸で作った白玉ハイボールで乾杯。
お通しは塩昆布とクリームチーズ。これは間違いない組み合わせ。
まず最初は、らくだのコブサラダ。
クリーミーなドレッシングがチキンや野菜によく合う。
サクサク軽い衣の恵我ノ荘コロッケ。
大阪のなにわ名物なのだとか！甘めのお芋がホクホクでおいしいです。
続いて、おススメの白ワインをいただきました！
続いて、コテコテ揚げたこ焼き。
揚げているから、外はカリッと中はクリーミー。
コテコテのドロソースとマヨネーズでいただきます。
大阪高槻発祥という、うどん餃子。
餃子の中にうどんが入っているという、超B級グルメ。食べ応えもあります！
おだしで食べる明石ぼーる。
ふわふわの明石焼きを揚げて、あっさりお出汁でいただきます。
ダッチオーブンで焼いた、関西風チーズ玉子焼き。
薄口の醤油とみりん、かつお出汁で作るふわふわ玉子。
熱々のふんわり玉子がおいしいです。
大阪名物の「旭ポン酢」でいただく、鶏の唐揚げ。
お好みで黒七味をつけてもおいしい。
我らの大好物、ざる盛りフライドポテト。
なんだろう、このポテトめっちゃおいしい！
細切りのサクサク食感のポテトに、絶妙な塩加減。思わずおかわりしちゃうくらい！
〆に頂いたのは、昆布だし牛すじカレー。
昆布だしで煮込んでいるので、スパイシーさの中にもまろやかなコクがあります。
柔らかい牛すじも存在感ある。
最後にシェフが見せてくれた、似顔絵ｗ とてもチャーミングなオーナーシェフに癒されました。
関西のお料理に特化したお店って今まであまり出会ったことなかったけれど、
どのお料理もおいしかったな〜！
ワイワイ楽しめる、ゴキゲンな酒場でした。
またゆっくり遊びににきます、ごちそうさまでした！
