天気も良いので、彼女と新宿御苑を散歩に行ってきました。お日様もそろそろお月様と交代のお時間にさしかかってくると、お腹が空いてきたのでご飯にしようかと、フラフラお店探し…
軒を連ねるご飯屋さん、この前は和食だったから洋食がいいと彼女の提案で、今日はここ
コモドキッチンさんにしました。
店内はカウンターが5、6席、テーブル席が6、7セット、屋外テラス席が2セットくらいあり、ギスギスしていない所が良い。
先ずは一杯
基本的に味の想像の付かない物を食べることにしている
オススメカクテルにBeni なるものが…
宮古島のハイビスカスのハーブエキスをビール、ウイスキー、ウォトカのどれかで割るものらしい。
ウォトカ割のサワーを注文
アセロラと似ている感じはあるが、違う。
サッパリしていて、甘みがアセロラよりある。
歩いて疲れたので、気分がスッキリした。
食べ物は手始めにホウボウと石鯛のカルパッチョを頂く
ホウボウのサッパリにバルコサミソースがアクセントになっていて、美味しい。
悩んでいると、牡蠣とホウレンソウのアヒージョがオススメと言われたのでオーダーしてみる。
香ばしく焼き上がった牡蠣はプリプリで美味しい。オリーブ油ベースでアッサリしていますが、かえってそれが牡蠣の美味しさを引き立てて、食欲を増進させます。
魚続きなので、お肉も食べたくなり牛ハラミのステーキを御願いしました。
普段焼き肉でしか食べないので、イタリアン風は新鮮に感じます。
お店の方と話していると、メニューには載っていないが、仕入れによりその日のメニューがあるとのこと。
今日はサーモンのタルタルソースだそうです。
すかさずオーダー。
酸味は控えめ、タマネギの甘さで優しい味に仕上がってそこにサーモンの食感が加わります。
今日の白眉はこれかな？と勝手に心の中で自己採点…
パスタを御願いする前にもう一品とメニューと相談していると。自家製チリビーンズとある！
チリビーンズ好きとしては、食べないわけには行かないです。with テキーラ。
メキシコで慣れた辛党のチリビーンズ派としては、
こちらの方は上品て恐縮してしまいました。
辛みは控えめでソフトな味に仕上がっていて、辛いのが苦手な方にも良いかと思います。
デザートの前に生パスタを使った、自慢のパスタをオーダーした。
青唐辛子のカルボナーラと、絶品ボロネーゼ
どちらも御願いして、量を減らして頂きました。
カルボナーラというと、青唐辛子のイメージがないのですが、クリーミーなカルボナーラに青唐辛子のアクセントが効いた味。カルボナーラは途中で飽きてしまうと言う友人が居たが、これなら完食出来そうだなと独り言。
絶品ボロネーゼはマイルドな味わい。
皆知ってる味なので、食べてみて欲しいです。
ここまで食べてかなり満腹ですが、
デザートはレアチーズケーキとパンナコッタ
チーズケーキは夜限定との事
見た目から想像を裏切られた。
出て来た瞬間、えっ？って思ってしまいました。
味の方はサッパリ系のチーズケーキ、自家製のベリーソースが酸味を加えてトータルな味になります。
これだけ食べるのにお茶しに来る価値あると思います。甘いのが好きでは無い彼女も気に入った様です。
パンナコッタは看板どおり、濃厚でクリーミー！
そこにレアチーズ同様、ベリーソースがかかっていたのですが個人的にはベリーソースは別添がいいかな？むしろ無くても良いと思いました。
聞くとシェフの方はバティシエ出身との事、全体的に優しい味わいなのがスイーツの優しさからかな？と納得できます。
最後になりますが、自家製レモンチェロなる物、ここに来たら飲んだ方がいい。
またレモンチェロ飲みに二人で来ます。
