新宿御苑からほど近く、一本路地を入ったところにあります。
気軽に立ち寄りましたが、その実力たるや!!
かなり美味しかったです。
まず最初の一杯、看板メニューで惹かれた
リモンチェッロスパークリングが衝撃的♪
レモン感たっぷり!!
酸味も甘みも程よくて、爽やかですっきり。
自家製ってことは、私もおうちで作れるのかしら!!
作りたいって思うほど美味しかったです。
これはかなりおすすめのお酒です。
２杯目もリモンチェッロハイボールを頼むくらい
ハマりました。笑
美味しいのはフードメニューも♪
鮮魚のカルパッチョは、
石鯛とほうぼうの２種使い。
私は、特に脂がのったほうぼうが好みで
美味しくいただきました。
本日のおすすめメニューにあった
牡蠣とほうれん草のアヒージョは、
大ぶりのしっかりした牡蠣がうれしい。
ガーリックと塩味がちょうど良くお酒がすすむ君。
バケットを追加注文していただきました。
サーモンとアボカドのタルタルも絶品でした。
まだ定番メニューにはのっていないけど、
これはメニューにあるときは要チェック!!
肉厚でまったりした美味しいサーモンがたっぷり入っています。
手作りのタルタルソースもなんともいいお味。
シャキシャキの玉ねぎがアクセントになっていて
さっぱりして、お口直しにもなるくらいの爽やかさ。
これは次も頼みたい！！
青唐辛子のカルボナーラも美味しかった!!
ピリ辛で刺激的。男性も好みそうです。
クリーミーな見た目だけどパンチがある。
今までのカルボナーラのイメージを覆す美味しさでした。
生パスタはモッチモチ。
オリジナリティ感もあって、家でも作りたいメニューにメモメモ。
デザートは
ディナー限定レアチーズケーキ。
こちらも予想とは違う、ふわっと優しいチーズケーキで
今まで食べたことがないレアチーズ。
手作りのベリーソースも上品で
チーズケーキの風味と食感にとっても合ってて
美味しかったです。
手間暇かかってるのが伝わる美味しいデザートでした。
場所柄、"知る人ぞ知る"
まさに隠れ家的イタリアンです。
"自家製”メニューのレベルも高い。
次回は他の自家製メニューも食べてみたいです。
