本日は0次会にてソロ訪問。
ベクタービアは他支店なら訪問履歴がありますが、新宿店は初訪問。連休前の木曜18時過ぎ、意外にもノーゲス一番乗りでしたが、その後7〜8割席が埋まりましたね。
カウンターでちょいとビアフライト、からのもう1杯。ツマミのラインナップは豊富ですが、普通に夜ご飯が控えていたためポテサラとお通しで我慢。
・3種飲み比べ 1,280円/税込
(春ねこぱんち／東京・VECTOR BREWING、ビーツで作ったIPA／千葉・ありのみBrewery、トムキャットHazyIPA／東京・VECTOR BREWING)
→ベクタービアから2種と千葉のありのみブルワリーのIPA。ベクタービアのビールは全体的にまろやかな口当たりですね、水に拘ってる気がします。この日は汗ばむ陽気だったので、スッキリとした春ねこぱんちが良かった。
・トライセッション グラス 500円/税込
(東京・VECTOR BREWING)
→セッションIPA。モルトの香りが立ち、逆にホップの苦みはかなり抑えめ。ヴァイツェンっぽくも感じます。
・お通し(春野菜のゼリー寄せ) 380円/税込
・トリプルタンポテサラ 580円/税込
ご馳走様でした！やはり、自家醸造のビールは安いですね〜。種類もフラッと立ち寄って飲む分には十分。また飲みに行こうと思います。
