新宿御苑前駅から徒歩数分の場所にあるアジア・エスニック部門で食べログ百名店に選ばれているこちらでランチ
新宿通りと花園通りの間にあるので今まで全然気がついてなかったなぁ
ランチメニューは中華系がメインだね
坦々麺や中華そばに純レバー丼のレギュラーメニューに加えて麻婆麺と麻婆丼にパクチーサラダなどの期間限定メニューもありましたよ
まずはお店人気メニューの純レバー丼を
ミニトマトも入ってるフレッシュなサラダと熱々スープが付いているのも嬉しいポイント
純レバー丼
写真だとわかりにくいけどダイス状に小さめにカットされた新鮮な豚レバーがたっぷりコロコロ・火入れも抜群で柔らかく食べやすいんです
レバニラ炒めはあるけどシンプルにレバー丼ってなかなかないよなぁ・これは絶妙な甘辛バランスでご飯も進んじゃいますよ
こちらは坦々麺
坦々麺も昼夜問わずお店の人気メニューみたいで坦々つけ麺もあるみたい
パンチのある四川風スープ
旨辛なスープに肉味噌を合わせてツルツルもっちりな太麺をすすって発汗しましょう
麺メニューは何もつかないのでパクチーサラダやめしや肉めしをプラスしてもいい感じかも
いやー純レバー丼ははっきり言って旨い・人気メニューなので食べている人も多くてこの日は１３時過ぎに売り切れでした
純レバー丼はハーフもあるのでサイドメニューでプラスしているお客さんも多く・苦手でなければまずは試してもらいたい一品です

新宿御苑前駅から徒歩５分くらい・新宿一丁目にあるこちらで半年ぶりにランチ
前回は夏の暑い時で汗だくになった覚えがあるので冬に温かい麺を食べてみたかったんだよね

担々麺や中華そばなどランチの定番メニューは変わってないかな
期間限定のワンタン麺もかに肉と豆腐の煮込丼も気になるよなぁ
前から食べてみたかった香鶏麺
蒸鶏とたっぷりの香菜（シャンツァイ）にシャキシャキ食感の白葱もアクセントになっている優しい味わいだなぁ
麺はモチモチした細麺
少し酸味を感じる透き通った鶏系スープにもよく馴染んで美味しいよ
せっかくなので純レバー丼ハーフも
中華鍋で強火でサッと軽く甘辛に炒めたレバーは絶妙な火入れとなってぷっくり濃厚でやっぱり旨いんだよなぁ
担々麺と純レバー丼が二大看板メニューでどちらもオススメ・期間限定も含めて全メニュー制覇してみたいお店のひとつです
