新宿御苑近くにある前々から行ってみたかったバーダイニング系チャイナ。四谷三丁目のディープなエリアにも二店舗目があり悩むが、やはり最初は本店を試すことに。
暗がりの中に光るお店に一目散に駆け込むと、奥にテーブル席を擁しつつオープンキッチンのカウンターが広がるチャイニーズモダン的な内装。
メニューが、これまた出来上がりを想像させるものばかりで、どれを頼もうか悩まされる。
店員さんのアドバイスも貰いながら、おすすめと言われた純レバー含め以下ラインナップにした。

どれもこれも食材の組み合わせも良く考えられており味付けも四川で(でも辛すぎず)美味しい〜♪
何気に感動したのは〆で頼んだ担々麺！
痺れ辛さに加えて甘さを感じる中々新感覚で個性的な担々麺♪
聞くと、胡麻ペーストも多少入れているが、むしろ肉味噌の甘さとシナモン等の色んなスパイスを使いながらこの甘辛を作り出しているのだと言う…
そして本場中国っぽい太麺ストレートの麺がもちもちしていて、このスープにすっごく合う♪
