新宿3丁目C8番出口から徒歩30秒、焼肉百名店の大貫さんに行ってきました。
店内はテーブルが3卓、個室が１つのそこまで大きくないお店です。
基本的にコースのみなので人気No. 1の13200円のコースにしました。
キムチ
白菜のキムチ、カクテキ、きゅうりのナムルが出てきました。
タン塩
分厚くカットされています。
外はカリカリになるまで焼いても中はレアで超ジューシーでした。
味付けしてあるのでそのまま食べても美味しいです。
しいたけ
かなり大きな椎茸！
こちらも味付けされているのそのまま食べてくださいとのこと。
裏返さずに少し汁が出てきたら食べごろだそうです。
肉厚で香りも良い椎茸でした！
サラダ
生野菜は苦手なので友人にあげましたw
ハラミ、レバー、ホルモン
レバーは片側10秒ずつ焼いて、少しレアな状態でいただきます。
臭みもなく美味しいレバーでした！
ハラミも大きくて食べ応えあり！
味はついてるのですが、タレと卵の黄身に絡めて食べても美味しいです。
霜降り
こちらも片側10秒程度焼いていただきました。
焼きすぎるとお肉が固くなってしまうのでレア程度がおすすめ！
赤身2種
やっぱり赤身はあっさりしていて美味しいですね！
こちらもあまり焼きすぎずにいただきました！
最後にスープが出てきて料理は終了です。
最後にハラミをおかわりしました！
