★《Tabelog Yakiniku (Grilled meat) TOKYO 100 Famous Stores 2023》Selected store★ I went to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Onuki, which is about a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station! I often work in Shinjuku, so I've always wanted to go to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that I was able to make a reservation for on Christmas day. The location is near the famous 2-chome entrance. It's a roadside store with a horizontal white signboard as a landmark. When you walk inside, it's a small Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant with only about 5 seats in total. Of course it was full. After explaining the course, we were given the choice of whether the staff would bake the food or we ourselves, and we chose to bake it ourselves. It seems that the sauce is very popular at this restaurant, so I grab a beer while thinking that I want to eat some skirt steak as soon as possible. Enjoy the three types of kimchi with beer, and the choregi salad to put a cushion in your stomach. Two types of tan are now available. Two bite-sized pieces each. As a grilling magistrate, I grill it quickly. Serve it as is if it is rare enough to be grilled. It has excellent elasticity and delicious flavor. Personally, I liked the white tongue more refreshingly than the red tongue. Next is liver and skirt steak. It comes out with some sauce from the beginning. The liver is also lightly grilled. Finish off with bite-sized Cold Noodles. The course is the perfect amount, not too much and not too little. The staff were all very attentive and made me feel comfortable. It was delicious!
