新宿御苑前駅から徒歩数分の場所にある焼鳥屋さんでランチ・１１時半からラストオーダー１３時半のようですが売り切れたら終了みたい
焼鳥は三重県の鶏農家から直送された地鶏などを楽しめるお店なのでランチも美味しいに違いないと思ってＧＯ
ランチメニューはこんな感じ
定食メニューに鶏ダシご飯メニューと焼きうどんがあって・入口でオーダーと支払いを先に済ませてから着席です
鶏のミックス焼き定食をチョイス
結構大きめな丼のご飯にネギたっぷりなスープにお漬物・このセットが出てきたらもうすぐ完成の合図・お漬物いい塩梅で美味しかったなぁ
ミックス焼きが完成でーす
もっちりふっくら弾ける食感のもも肉や濃厚でパワーが出そうなレバーに加えて鶏皮やせせりなど様々な味わいも食感を楽しめて旨い
ももとレバーは毎回入っているけど他の部位はその日次第とのこと・ご飯も進むしビールも進んじゃいそうな濃いめの味付けいいね
ある日は鶏の唐揚げ定食を
しっとりふっくらな弾力ある唐揚げに油淋鶏ソース・ボリュームあるけど野菜もたっぷりバランスよい定食だね
鶏ダシご飯メニューも気になるけどやっぱりまたミックス焼きをまたオーダーしそうです
